Ciocca Promise Collision Program.
Our Deductible Payment Plan provides an amount equal to the customer's (and any household members that are on the same policy and reside at the same address are also included) insurance deductible* if they are obligated to pay a deductible for a repair.
Benefit:
- This program will pay an amount equivalent to the purchaser's insurance deductible* as indicated on the contract purchased.
- This program will pay the customer's insurance deductible if damage resulting from a collision occurs and the customer returns to the dealers preferred body shop. Body Shop Deductible.
- This program will pay the customer's insurance deductible if a collision or vehicle body damage is experienced. This applies only to insurance claims covered by the customer's collision or comprehensive coverage and the customer returns to the dealers preferred body shop.
Coverage
- This program applies only to insurance claims that:
- Result from Vehicle Body Damage exceeding the insurance deductible amount and;
- The purchaser's collision or comprehensive insurance company pays the balance of the claim
Note: The difference between the collision deductible program and the body shop deductible program is that the body shop program covers damage resulting from BOTH collision and comprehensive claims, whereas the collision program only covers damage resulting from a collision.
